Electrified Marina helps boaters choose, own, and service electric watercraft. Our team combines experience in electric vehicles, marine systems, charging infrastructure, and long-distance electric cruising. We use that experience to give customers clear answers about range, charging, maintenance, and how a boat will fit the way they use the water.
We sell and service electric boats, personal watercraft, outboards, batteries, and charging equipment. We also repower existing boats and take our fleet to events around the country so customers can see the equipment and ask questions before making a decision.

Erick Pinzon, Jr.
CEO & Co-Founder
Erick began his career as a technician for BMW before a transformative ride in a Tesla Roadster in 2011 shifted his perspective on transportation. He spent 9 years with Tesla, working around the country in various roles, where he was instrumental in installing hundreds of charging stations and launching EV adoption. Since collaborating with Erin Gatling in 2022, he has become the voice for the push towards electric propulsion.

After 20 years in the Navy, Robert joined Electrified Marina to bring his expertise as a service tech. With ABYC Master Technician certification and years of experience as a software engineer, he understands the ins and outs of our electric boats.

Lee Clarke
Integrations Engineer
Lee is a Hampton Roads native and an ODU engineering alumnus. He has a background in Naval Architecture and mega yacht repair, and holds a USCG master captain credential. His main focus will be repowers and supporting sales demo events as a boat captain.
